Do alumni have borrowing privileges and access to the Library's online resources?

Alumni of Benedictine University are granted borrowing privileges upon request. Alumni can borrow materials from BenU's local collection but cannot request materials through I-Share or ILLiad. To request alumni borrowing privileges, contact the Circulation Desk at circdesk@ben.edu.

Alumni can use the Library’s online resources (e.g., databases, eBooks, etc.) on campus only. Check in at the Research Help Desk on the Library 2nd Floor on the Lisle campus or the Reference Desk in the Library on the Mesa campus when you arrive. Please bring a photo ID.
