How do I know when my interlibrary loan item has arrived?

You will receive email notification when your items are available.

You can check the status of your interlibrary loan requests at any time by signing in to the system where you placed the request. The Library has two systems:

1. I-Share (typically for books) - Access your BenSearch Account and click Requests.
2. Tipasa (typically for articles) - Access your Tipasa Account and click Electronically Received Articles on the left side of the screen.
