How long can I borrow books and other items?

The loan periods below apply to current BenU students, faculty, and staff.
Print Books
- Loan period: 6 weeks
- Maximum loan period: 18 weeks
AV Materials (DVDs, CDs, etc.)
- Loan period: 2 weeks
- Maximum loan period: 4 weeks
Print I-Share Materials
- Loan period: 4 weeks
- Maximum loan period: 16 weeks
Non-Print I-Share Materials
- Loan period: 2 weeks
- Maximum loan period: 4 weeks
Materials from Non-I-Share Libraries
- Loan periods are set by the owning library.
- The due date is printed on the paper band attached to the item. Items may be renewed through your BenSearch Account unless otherwise indicated.
