How do I log in?

Library Proxy​

When you access library online resources off campus, you'll be prompted to sign in. Your username is your ben.edu email address and your password is the same password used to access MyBenU and D2L (not Engage). 

If you cannot sign in, try the following:

• If you've forgotten your password or your password has expired (passwords expire every 180 days), reset it.
• Wait a full 15 minutes and then try signing in again. (After 6 failed login attempts, your account will be blocked for 15 minutes. If you log in before 15 minutes have expired, your account will be blocked for another 15 minutes.)
• Clear your cache and cookies or switch to a different browser.
• Make sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser.
• If you're using the campus VPN, disconnect from the VPN.

BenSearch

In BenSearch, click Sign In in the upper right corner and choose BenU Login. Your username is your ben.edu email address and your password is the same password used to access MyBenU and D2L (not Engage). 

If you cannot sign in, try the following:

• If you've forgotten your password or your password has expired (passwords expire every 180 days), reset it.
• Clear your cache and cookies or switch to a different browser.
• If you're a new student, your access to BenSearch will begin when your course(s) begin.
